PAY 4 PERFORMANCE
We want our team members to spirit the mindset and reap the rewards of entrepreneurship. We use Pay-for-Performance (P4P), a system that rewards team members based on their productivity rather than just hourly wages, ensuring higher motivation and efficiency. We pay 33% of gross labor revenue!

TEAM MEMBER REFERRAL BONUS
The Porowski Lawn & Landscape referral program for current employees has the opportunity to provide bonuses of up to $500.
Current employees have the potential to earn a referral bonus for successful new hires that they recommend.
Program Rules

Receive $150 on the day the referred employee starts, and an additional $350 on their 90th day of employment

REVIEW BONUSES
Feedback is vital in order for us to constantly evolve and best serve our client partners. Therefore, we offer our team members a $15 bonus for every Facebook or Google review that you are able to recruit.

PAID TIME OFF
​Eligible team members receive up to 20 days of paid time off per year (based on tenure), eight paid holidays, and additional paid time off for special circumstances.

NEW HIRE BONUS
New employees who are hired through Porowski Lawn & Landscape’s referral program can earn up to $500.
Loyalty Bonus Details

$100 once the new hire has been employed for 30 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion

$100 once the new hire has been employed for 60 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion

$300 once the new hire has been employed for 90 days and scores satisfactory on their performance checklist presented during their monthly one-on-one discussion
Program Rules
